Therapeutic Treatments

Dry needling is a targeted therapeutic technique performed by physiotherapists to relieve muscle pain and tightness. Thin, solid needles are inserted into specific trigger points to reduce muscle tension and improve mobility.

This treatment is suitable for individuals experiencing persistent muscle soreness or tightness that does not improve with standard massage or stretching.

Sports massage is a specialized massage therapy aimed at athletes and active individuals to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and support recovery. It targets specific muscle groups to relieve soreness, reduce tension, and improve flexibility.

This therapy is ideal for those experiencing frequent muscle soreness, chronic tension, reduced flexibility, or preparing for and recovering from physical events.

Paediatric Physiotherapy

Neurodevelopmental Physiotherapy supports children with conditions like cerebral palsy, developmental delays, or brain and spinal cord injuries. Therapy focuses on improving movement, strength, and coordination through play-based exercises, positioning, and motor skills training, helping each child build confidence and achieve age-appropriate physical milestones.

Orthopaedic Physiotherapy helps children with bone, joint, or muscle conditions such as scoliosis, clubfoot, torticollis, flat feet, and injuries like fractures or sprains. Therapy focuses on improving movement, posture, strength, and alignment to support recovery, prevent complications, and help children return to daily activities with confidence.

Respiratory Physiotherapy supports children with lung conditions such as asthma or cystic fibrosis. Using chest physiotherapy techniques, it helps clear mucus, improve breathing, and enhance lung function. Sessions may include breathing exercises, airway clearance, and education to manage symptoms and reduce the risk of flare-ups.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy

MSK Physiotherapy can help reduce pain caused by acute injuries or long-term conditions like back pain, joint inflammation, or tendonitis. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and pain relief techniques, this approach aims to restore movement, improve function, and support recovery. Suitable for both recent and persistent pain issues.

MSK Physiotherapy supports the restoration of movement and function following injury, surgery, or long periods of immobility. Through personalised exercise programmes, joint mobilisation, and strength training, individuals can regain flexibility, build stability, and return to daily or work-related activities with greater ease and confidence.

MSK Physiotherapy plays a key role in injury rehabilitation, supporting recovery from musculoskeletal injuries such as sprains, strains, or post-surgical conditions. Treatment focuses on reducing pain, restoring strength and flexibility, and preventing future injuries, enabling a safe and structured return to physical activity, sport, or daily function.

Clinic And Home Therapy

Neurological physiotherapy supports individuals with nervous system conditions by improving muscle strength, balance, coordination, and mobility. Treatment is personalised and may include exercises, movement training, and functional tasks to promote independence in daily life, and can be carried out both in-clinic and at home for greater convenience.

We provide personalised and targeted rehabilitation for individuals suffering from conditions such as:
